Calculate Your APS Score

Calculate Your APS Score

Firstly let’s clear this up - APS stands for Admission Point Score. To be able to apply to a university you will need to have your APS handy.

On your Matric certificate, you will see your pass grade as well as score with your top 7 subjects.

The points you then get for each subject should be added up, and the total points you get will work out to your APS..

Universities use APS scores to check whether you qualify for a specific course. So it’s important you check their score requirements for the course you want to enrol in.
